If you watched the movie above and tried to use the principles, you may have found (like I did) that there is something missing. I could not find the "instructions" for implementation. This certainly was frustrating to me until I realized that I had the implementation tool all along. I developed a business called Creative Health Impressions and I specialize in EFT or emotional freedom technique. The idea behind EFT is that you can reduce or eliminate stress, emotional problems along with creating motivation and confidence using a simple technique. The bottom line is EFT changes your perception to improve your life. If you use this powerful tool in conjunction with "The Secret", you can easily implement the philosophy into your life. The best part is that you can share this with your friends and family and pay it forward.
