I am not a founder in BizADSplash and I am not admin. But my partners and I are from Tiger Marketing Group which have been in talks with the consulting firm who helps with the day to day with all the members and the owners. We have just been helping with the presentations of the business and you can see our information on the BizADSplash website in the news section and in one of the weekly newsletters. If you need contact with me I am always available as I help run the weekly group meetings here in Atlanta just call me at 678-982-8660.
I can also host webinars with you where I can walk you through the whole program from the Powerpoint, the BizADSplash web site, and how the calculator will help you gain more understanding on how the company works.
When it comes to Tax issues I recommend talking to an Accountant.
But a couple rules of thumb are you shouldn't have to report when you get back the ad money you orinigally put into the system but anything you make above and beyond that you should report.

If you are looking for a sponsor let me know I am a member of Tiger Marketing Group and sell the BizADSplash Calculator which can be seen as a Banner on the home page of the BizADSplash web site and also in the rotator.
I also host the meetings in Atlanta Georgia and a partner of mine will be moving down to Sarasota begining of April and will begin hosting meetings down there soon.
I have powerpoints available as well as a free calculator which will help you in your marketing.
